Candidates must have completed 10+2 in any stream from a recognised board. Minimum age is 17 years. For cabin crew, minimum height of 155 cm for females and 170 cm for males is required. Basic English communication skills are essential. No prior aviation experience is needed.

The IATA Cabin Crew Diploma at Neerja School of Aviation is a 1-year full-time programme. It includes IATA certified theory, practical in-flight service training, emergency safety and first aid, grooming and personality development, spoken English, Hindi and German, mock airline interviews, and 100% placement assistance. Classes run at the Kochi campus on Airport VIP Road, Nedumbassery and the Calicut campus.

Graduates work with Air India, Air India Express, IndiGo, Etihad Airways, Air Arabia, SpiceJet, Akasa Air and Indo Thai Airlines.
